They enable communication, collaboration,strategy execution,technical delivery and special projects within the Engineering organization and cross-functionally. They facilitate alignment across stakeholders, identify and mitigate risks and influence behaviors that breed success in line with our strategic vision.THE ROLEWe are looking for a highly collaborative business program manager with deep experience in continuous process improvement. This role will focus on hiring, onboarding and other employee-focused processes specific to our high growth Software Engineering organization. This function is integrated into the Engineering team with a primary goal of helping elevate our Engineering Britelings with the lens of a high performing organization built on our values; Drive Impact, Take Ownership, Continuously Learn, Cultivate Authenticity, Empower Customers. The right person will be ready to roll up their sleeves, seek to understand with curiosity,and simultaneously progress key people initiatives to drive measured outcomes such as employee productivity,engagement and retention.The role will be reporting into the Engineering Strategy & Operations organization within Engineering and partner with key stakeholders including Engineering senior leadership, Briteling Experience team (HR), DEI leadership, Employee Resource Groups, and Engineering Britelings.**YOU WILL**:- Increase velocity and efficacy of hiring and onboarding through analyzing existing processes and eliminating non value add activities- Design, build, and maintain global and scalable people processes.
