Job DescriptionWe are looking for a talented Senior Finance Systems Analyst (Netsuite) to join our team. In this position you will grow our business by supporting our team Globally with your expertise in systems and Processes.This is a unique opportunity to join a booming Software Business environment under such a key role that will directly impact our ability to scale.YOUR MISSION:As a part of the Finance transformation team, you are going to support all the projects related to this areaManaging ongoing Finance Transformation projects on an end to end basis independently and with knowledge of best practicesWork with finance and non-finance partners to understand requirements, determine the funding and budget approvals, write up the project plan, kick-off and manage the program for a successful implementationContribute towards providing an ERP roadmap / Plan for the organization for the next 5 years, assessing the current level of maturity to where we would want to beCollaborate with the Accounting, Sales Operations, Procurement and FP&A teams to manage expectations and at the same assist with troubleshooting of day to day issues and problemsProviding support to all internal Nexthink partners (non-finance) and thereby influencing behaviours and performance through insights and understanding of key driversWork with vendors for ongoing systems resolutions, upgrades, releases and fixes to problemsAttend meetings with vendors (NetSuite ACS, Expensify, SFDC, Procurement and integration partners) on a regular basis to review and report the status of ongoing projects#LI-HybridQualificationsBachelors or Masters degree in Information Systems or Finance or related fields5-8+ years' experience in ERP/FP&A/SFDC, Other Finance systems, with NetSuite being a MUST HAVE as well as other systems like FP&A, Adaptive insights, Travel & Expenses. Integration experience with other non-financial systems.Strong project management skills including facilitation skills, ability to manage large meetings, conduct workshops and assist in the writing up of requirements and RFP/RFI'sAbility to analyze data, draw insights, and translate them into business recommendationsStrong proficiency in advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Financial modelling and data warehouseStrong interpersonal skills with experience collaborating and working on a teamStrong written, verbal communication and presentation skillsFlexible and able to perform, prioritize and thrive in a fast-paced and growth-oriented environmentExperience of Netsuite Workflows ( P2P from ( Purchase Order creation to Purchase Order closing/receipt (3-way Match)), O2C, and other E2E processesAdditional InformationWe are 800+ employees strong in 21 countries across 8 different time zones speaking 60+ languages.
