The Senior IT Business Analyst (Procure to Pay) for Leica Biosystems is responsible to optimize our business processes by integrating ERP solutions. The Business Analyst will be analyzing the processes, collaborating with the business and overseeing the implementation of the solutions. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: • Collaborate with Business Relationship Manager and business areas to define business needs and gather requirements that meet business goals and objectives to implement system solutions. • Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and objectives. • Work closely on SAP projects and production support tasks with key business and technical personnel, identifying and implementing processes or configuration changes with focus on standards, process simplification and the value of integration • Be responsive in a fast-paced adapting environment that requires maximum system performance, minimum down time, and high degree of customer satisfaction and confidence • Expand and maintain up-to-date knowledge relating to SAP functionality and services and associated business processes The essential requirements of the job include: • Enhanced analytical, critical thinking and problem solving skills • Distinct business process and technological skills • Very strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills • Very good understanding of SAP MM (Material Management) and QM (Quality Management) module including configuration skills • Ability to work with third party vendor resources It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in: • Experiences with DBS tool kit or comparable • Bachelor´s degree or comparable • Good understanding of other SAP modules At Leica Biosystems we believe in designing a better, more sustainable workforce.
