Lead projects that provide consultation in Change Management, Communication, Training, & HR and Financial Transformation. Lead multiple Advisory teams concurrently within a matrixed environment to successfully deliver services to clientsDrive practice growth strategy. Working with the Practice Leader, participate in the development of annual business plans, including service offerings, staffing projections, financial forecasts, etc. Additionally, work with overall leadership team in other strategic planning efforts as well as execution to create business growth, increased efficiency and effectiveness of the practice, client satisfaction and success, and team engagement and retention.Drive business development. Lead in the identification and development of new solutions/offerings to address market opportunities, resulting in year-over-year growth. Additionally, be comfortable and credible in leading the needs analysis and solution design for traditional client engagements and pricing change services accordingly. During active engagements, identify and successfully pursue additional change management revenue opportunitiesLead client service and delivery. Develop and deliver integrated solutions that adhere to Alight's Advisory methodology and tools to ensure client preparedness and adoption of desired outcomes. Collaborate with functional consultants/domain experts to develop solutions that reflect the client-specific needs. Provide support and oversight to change management consultants while leading the overall change management strategy and plan.Build and develop relationships. Develop relationships with external clients and internal colleagues including sales executives, team members, global thought leaders, project leadership, PMO, functional and technical resources. Manage effective partnerships and ensure client satisfaction and resulting ongoing enthusiastic referencesServe as a trusted advisor. Credibly deliver Advisory-related advice at all levels of a client organization up to CHRO and/or CFO level and design strategies that reflect best practices and client nuances. Provide guidance on how to deploy solutions as well as assess and monitor effectiveness and adoption.Manage project scope, timeline, budget, and resources. Lead Advisory projects, working with the overall Alight Program Management team. Operate in a defined and formal project management environment, using defined standards, and adhering to review/approval cycles, escalations, reporting protocols, etc.Support development of new services and continuous improvement opportunities. Serve as a thought leader. Lead and support others in identifying improvement opportunities while contributing to Communities of Practice, methods and tools, initiatives, knowledge management libraries and team collaboration and growthDrive team career development and performance. Support team consultants in their professional growth and performance.
