24WD77938Position Overview We are looking for a Senior Finance Manager to join Autodesk's COO Finance organization. You will report to the Finance Director BP&PM Field Analysis & HQ Forecasting and lead a team of four finance professionals. You will support our EMEA Territory organization on forecast process, business analytics, performance measures and data driven decision making. You will partner cross functionally across senior leadership to understand and convert the corporate strategy into financial measures and processes.
You will lead the team to deliver valuable business support, while adding new systems and technology (e.g. Anaplan, Qlikview, Power BI) and aligning with the evolving top line metrics (Billings, ACV, Revenue, ARR and Subscriptions). Also, you will have experience financial planning and analysis, building and delivering reliable, accurate data, modeling and analyses, and being able to understand and explain business impact beyond numbers.

Responsibilities Lead a finance analysis teamEstablish partnership with COO Finance and Field Operations leaders to deliver top line metrics and analyses while driving best practices globallyParticipate in planning, budgeting, forecasting and reporting of financial performance across WW Territories teamsWork with other finance teams including, HQ, Tax and Treasury to align financial reporting and forecastingCommunicate effectively process updates, key deliverables, and timelines to the team and stakeholdersAct as key interface with Finance HQ and Systems Team to ensure information requirements align with Corporate and COO Finance strategyOversee quarter end executive reporting and presentations, including quarterly operations review and quarterly business reviewsSupport the FA team through quarter end close and GEO End of Quarter processMinimum Qualifications Bachelor in Accounting or Finance; MBA or CPA a plusMinimum 6 years of experience managing people, with demonstrated ability to develop talent, teams and build succession plansMinimum 10 years of finance experience, including Sales FinanceDemonstrated ability to successfully influence senior managementExecutive Management and influence, Management Reporting, Decision-making, Business PartnershipSubscription planning, Topline Management, P&L Management, ControllershipSAP/MS Office (Excel, PPT, Word)/Tableau/ TM1/ Adaptive/ Anaplan/ Hyperion/ SQL/ Python/ Power BIProblem solver, Idea hamster, Creative, Self-motivated, Ethical, Critical thinking, Analytical5 Things That Describe You You are an outstanding people manager, with a proven track record of developing fulfilled teams and succession plansYou have strong critical thinking skills.
