.Your new company Our client is a leading research non-profit organization for a Salesforce Solutions Manager for a full-time permanent opportunity.Your new role As the Senior Managerof Salesforce Solutions, your primary focus will be on leading and empowering ateam to effectively implement and enhance Salesforce solutions across theorganization. You'll report directly to the Director of SalesforceSolutions and CRMStrategy, taking charge of ensuring successful project execution, aligninginitiatives with business objectives, and fostering continuous improvement. People Leadership:- Lead a team ofSalesforce administrators, developers, and analysts, providing guidance,support, and mentorship to foster their professional development and growth.- Cultivate acollaborative and innovative team culture focused on achieving excellence inSalesforce solutions.Strategic Leadership:- Collaborate with theDirector to develop and execute the overall Salesforce strategy aligned withthe company's business goals.- Contribute to thedevelopment of a roadmap for Salesforce solutions, considering the evolvingneeds of the business.- Accountable fordevelopment and support of Salesforce and related solutions supportingfundraising and volunteer management activities.- Work with SalesforceSolutions team to Develop and manage documentation for Salesforce relatedprocedures, standards and training for both administrators and stakeholders.Project Management:- Drive the design andarchitecture of Salesforce solutions, ensuring they meet the organization'sneeds and adhere to best practices.- Develop and maintainrelationships with business leaders, stakeholders, and vendors to supportsolution development and operations.Solution Design and Architecture:- Oversee theend-to-end project lifecycle of Salesforce implementations, ensuring timelydelivery, quality, and adherence to best practices.- Collaborate withcross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implementchanges.- Develops and managesrelationships with business leaders, stakeholders and vendors in support ofsolutions, operations and projects.Stakeholder Engagement:- Engage with keybusiness stakeholders to understand their requirements, provide updates onproject status, and address any concerns.- Act as a liaisonbetween technical teams and business users, facilitating effectivecommunication.What you'll need to succeed - 5+ years ofexperience managing cross-functional teams- Proven leadershipexperience, with the ability to inspire and manage a team effectively.- Strong projectmanagement skills, with a track record of successful Salesforceimplementations.- Minimum of 5 yearsof experience in Salesforce solution implementation and management
