Job Summary And ResponsibilitiesAre you a passionate media expert? Pernod Ricard Spain is seeking a Media Manager to drive our media activities and elevate our iconic brands to new heights. As a key link between brand managers, the media agency, and cross-functional teams (Creative, Social Media, CRM, E-Commerce, Influencers, Earned Media, Sponsorship…), you'll shape our media strategies for the portfolio of brand as a whole and invidivudally, ensure timely campaign launches, and uphold media management excellence. 1. Orchestrating Operational ExcellenceAct as the primary liaison for day-to-day agency management, fostering a collaborative partnership. Champion adherence to 'best-in-class' standards, overseeing offline and online campaigns, and validating media process. Lead the end-to-end process of media and collaborate with the rest of the Digital & Comms members to deliver integrated media strategies.2. Strategic Planning and OptimizationCollaborate with brand managers, Communications Team, and Insight Team to craft strategic media briefs that align with brand objectives. Develop an in-depth understanding of Pernod Ricard's España portfolio, prepare top level company media strategy. Drive media planning and provide strategic guidance. Innovate and propose fresh ideas to optimize media investments and foster long-term brand growth alongside short-term sales success.3. Engaging LeadershipServe as the resident expert for traditional media channels, offering insights and guidance to internal and external stakeholders. Inspire the business with groundbreaking media strategies, fostering a culture of innovation and forward-thinking. Collaborate with HQ in Paris in reporting, best practice sharing and contribute to global deals (e.G.: JBPs with key players of the Advertising Industry like Google or META). Collaborate with media teams from other countries for best practice sharing and support when needed.4. Data-Driven Performance ManagementSpearhead media reporting, agency commitment tracking, and audits, collect and validate data for our econometric model. 5. Cost Efficiency and ROI MaximizationDrive continuous improvement in media spend, agency negotiations, and production efficiencies, all aimed at delivering optimal ROI against target audiences.
