Role overviewWe are looking for an experienced .NET Developer to work in an existing scrum team based in Gran Canaria. The project is for a UK based company focused on helping businesses make better use of renewable energy.
This is a senior role and requires someone with a deep understanding of the full software development life cycle and with the ability to apply that knowledge to complex projects.
The project is built on Microsoft stack (.NET, Azure, SQL Server) with a React frontend.
Our ideal candidate can comfortably work on the whole stack, but .NET is the key expertise we are looking for.

What will you be doing?You'll be working on a platform that helps businesses with their energy needs. From pricing to usage and renewable sourcing, you'll be contributing to the efforts businesses are making to reach their net-zero targets.
Energy is crucial to any business and so we take code quality seriously. You will write tests, participate in code reviews and proactively apply best practices with colleagues on a daily basis.
On a typical day you might find yourself
Design and developing high-volume, high-performance, high-availability applications
Developing and unit testing code deliveries
Interacting with business teams to ascertain requirements and translate them into technical specifications
Producing and maintaining technical documentation
