The ability to assess the user's situation, fundamental wishes and needs; - Curious, a need to figure out how things work (investigate)- Analytical thinking & problem-solving skills- Able to handle complaints and challenging customers- Team player who is able to work efficient and independently; - Working independently in a structured approach; - Open to learn andhave new experiences; Which task canyou expect?- Gather information on hours worked for each employee- Calculate the correct amount incorporating overtime, deductions, bonuses etc. with assistance of a computer system- Receive approval from upper management for payments when needed- Prepare and execute pay orders through an electronic system or distribute paychecks- Administer statements of payment to personnel either electronically or on paper- Process taxes and payment of employee benefits- Keep track of hour rates, wages, compensation benefit rates, new hire information etc.- Address issues and questions regarding payroll from employees and superiors- Handle requests and potential complaints from customers- Prepare reports for upper management, finance department etc.From many places, we work as one, moving from better to best together.SD Worx lives diversity in the workplace.
