What You'll Do:The Global Automation team develops and runs a wide range of first-class products that empower Criteo's commercial and operations teams to maximise their business impact by scaling its operations while boosting the efficient delivery of value to clients.

As a Senior Product Adoption Manager, you will own the team's product adoption strategy for our portfolio of solutions and enable Criteo's employees to maximise their productivity and output by extracting the most value from all Global Automation's software applications.

In your role, reporting directly to the Senior Director of Global Automation, your primary responsibilities will include:

Develop and implement strategies to increase the adoption of our products within the commercial and operations teams. This involves understanding internal tools and solutions, assessing their adoption, identifying opportunities for improvement, creating a roadmap for driving adoption and executing it.
Cultivate and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders such as Product Managers, Product Specialists, Sales and Operational Excellence teams, and commercial leaders to align the team's product adoption initiatives with the company's broader goals and user requirements.
Embed Global Automation's product training into the new commercial hires onboarding program, which acquaints new employees with Criteo's technological infrastructure and digital workflows.
Develop training programs to educate employees on new solutions and digital processes. This includes creating user guides, e-learnings, FAQs and offering support to address any challenges during the adoption process.
Lead change management initiatives to encourage the adoption of new products, focusing on expediting the learning curve for new products, mitigating resistance to change, and highlighting the advantages of new and existing solutions and tools.
Define, monitor and report key metrics and performance indicators to gauge the effectiveness of product adoption initiatives, tracking usage patterns and user satisfaction.
Offer ongoing support to our products' users, identify challenges and underutilized aspects of our solutions and tools, and collaborate with the Product team to address identified issues and fulfil emerging needs.
Who You Are:A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in product management, particularly in developing and implementing strategies to increase adoption of software applications within an organization. Experience in assessing product utilization, identifying barriers to adoption and executing plans to overcome these barriers.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate the value proposition of products and persuade stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Experience in creating and delivering training programs tailored to different audiences, developing comprehensive user guides, e-learning modules, and FAQs.
Demonstrated ability to lead change management initiatives.
Strong background in planning and executing large-scale programs, from conceptualization to implementation and evaluation, with an emphasis on digital technologies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify challenges to product adoption, propose effective solutions, and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to implement these solutions.
Experience in defining, monitoring, and reporting key performance indicators (KPIs) related to product adoption, user satisfaction, and overall effectiveness of adoption strategies. Proficiency in using product analytics tools.
A strong focus on user support and satisfaction, with the ability to empathetically address user challenges and provide ongoing assistance to ensure the successful adoption of products.
Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, keeping them on track and clearly reported.
