Senior Product Designer for an International Hub We are looking for aSenior Product Designerto join a dynamic and fast growing team, for anInternational Technology Hublocated in Barcelona.
Responsibilities:Create refined end-to-end flows, prototypes, interfaces, and user experiences, prioritizing simplicity.Refine and develop designs within our existing design system.Lead user-centric processes through a blend of qualitative research and quantitative analysis, including user testing and A/B testing.Work closely with engineering to guarantee smooth conversion of designs into the final product.Demonstrate advanced Product Design expertise, encompassing Visual, Interaction, and User Experience design principles.Demonstrate proficiency in navigating design systems and making well-informed, logical design decisions.Display a keen aesthetic sense, capable of both adhering to and expanding the Lidl Plus brand.Understand that aesthetics are just one aspect of design, prioritizing meticulous attention to detail and striving for pixel-perfection.Cultivate a feedback-oriented culture, actively soliciting and providing input from fellow designers to enhance our work's quality continuously.Understand the technical and business constraints influencing design choices, effectively communicating ideas to stakeholders.Embrace a growth mindset, consistently challenging personal boundaries and seeking opportunities for self-improvement.Requirements:Bachelor's or Master's degree in a Design Field or related discipline.Minimum 3 years of experience designing UX for digital software or mobile native apps.Expertise in iOS and Android platforms, including standards and best practices.Proficiency in design systems.Advanced skills with modern design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Principle, InVision, etc.Experience with social or consumer-facing products across desktop and mobile platforms.Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics.Portfolio showcasing a passion for simple, intuitive, and visually appealing user-centered designs.Demonstrated senior-level ability to generate ideas and execute designs effectively.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Excellent leadership qualities, team player mindset, proactive approach, autonomy, organization, and analytical skills are essential for this senior position.Proficiency in English is required.Salary Range: Up to 65KIf you believe you're the ideal candidate for theSenior Product Designerrole, do not hesitate to apply to the offer with yourLinkedIn Profileoruploading your CV.
