.Omega CRM is a Merkle & Dentsu company, leader in development of Customer Experience services, with +20 years of experience in the use of Technology applied to Marketing and providing a unique Customer Relationship with mainly focus on Innovation is looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer.Main responsabilities :- Requirements analysis.- Participate in the technical design of projects.- Estimate effort in projects.- Work in coordination with the rest of the Omega team and / or the client to contribute to the achievement of project objectives.- Analyze and improve the performance of applications.- Warn of possible technical risks in the project.- Propose alternative solutions.- Collaborate with technology providers when the project requires it.- Documentation of processes and tracking of performance metrics for systems.- Validate and test the technical solution against business requirements.- Train end users on the functionality developed in the project and the proper use of software programs.- Implement the latest advances and technological solutions.- Comply with the agreed-upon software quality standards set by Omega's technical management.- Generate technical documentation for completed projects.- Actively contribute to the training of other team members.- Collaborate in the Omega community of practice by sharing technical knowledge.- Identify potential methodological improvements for the technical team.- Evaluate and recommend products and systems that contribute to technological innovation.Mandatory Skills :- At least 4+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer- Experience in developing complex solutions on Sales in Salesforce- Experience in developing lightning components desired.- Development technologies (APEX, Visualforce, migration tools, SOQL, web services).- Understanding of both DevOps / Agile (SCRUM) and Waterfall delivery principles and the importance of SDLC (Software Development Process) and coding methodology principles is a plus- Should be able to work in a self managing way and should take Accountability of all assigned applications- Excellent spoken and written English.- Experience working in an international and intercultural environment and availability to travel.- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is a must.- Any other Salesforce certification is a plusWHAT DO WE OFFER- Permanent contract.- Flexible Schedule.
