In this position you will undertake the design, implementation, factory acceptance test phases, commissioning, and start-up within our Team according to agreed planning and functional requirements. This position can be based either in Alcobendas (Madrid) or Reus (Tarragona).**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be**:- Support Lead Engineer in understanding, managing, and achieving each customer's expectations.- Take ownership of the Systems Engineering activities on all allocated work packages and proactively utilize methodologies, resources, and productivity tools for minimising the execution cost, whilst maintaining the requisite schedule and quality standard.- Guarantee all necessary information is provided to ensure that the team is fully advised of resource requirements, progress, and areas of risk for the allocated work.- Understand the scope of work within their portfolio, ensure that it is delivered to the requisite quality, budget, and schedule and that the relevant Lead Engineer is fully informed, at the earliest opportunity, of any customer-initiated changes in scope.- Ensure that all Engineering activities are undertaken following the Company's quality control processes.- Where the business needs in a project does not imply having a separate Lead Engineer and Systems Engineer, then the roles will be combined, and the Engineer will undertake both roles.**Who You Are**:You found common ground and solve problems understanding deeply our customers' needs. You make good and timely decisions to keep the organization moving forward.**For This Role, You Will Need**:- Degree in Electronic, Telecommunications, Chemical or Process Automation Engineering.- Experience in execution of Automation Projects from understand functional design specification, implementation and configuration until testing, commissioning, and start-up onsite.- Experience with software programming languages (Visual-Basic and SQL preferred) and communication protocols (Modbus TCP, Profibus, Wireless, OPC-UA, Devicenent).- Preferably experience with Batch processes in the chemical and pharmaceutical sectors.- Spanish and English proficiency (written, read, spoken). Portuguese language will be a plus.- Willingness to work at customer site and to travel as required.- Driving License for car.
