Read more: careers.Bms.Com/working-with-us.Purpose/Objective of the jobThe Training Manager will work with Marketing, Sales Management, Centre of Excellence and various matrix teams to collaborate and implement key learning initiatives that support the localmarket's business objectives.Key Responsibilities:Mutual and continuous partnering with stakeholders to ensure business priorities are achieved, we understand business strategy, are included in business strategy discussion, and link training to itConsistently demonstrate value to the business through communication, aligned objectives and agreed upon metricsDevelop & design innovative learning solutions that demonstrate value (effective & efficient) and leverage technology, platforms and processes to meet the needs of the business and the learnerAdvocating for the learner through educating and emphasising Adult Learning Principles (ALP) with key stakeholders (make them the advocates for the learner)Within the Business unit lead the delivery of training initiatives, including disease state/clinical/product knowledge, selling skills.Omnichannel sales capability and establish a model for how training supports the capability behind the role of sales Rep and FLM as an omnichannel orchestrator.Collaboration across the major markets to reduce duplication of training and support other markets, language permitting for launch training.Collaborate on key product launch initiatives with the internal team including Centre of Excellence, Worldwide Sales Learning colleagues, Marketing, Sales Management, and matrixpartners, along with any appropriate external co-promotionpartnersResponsible for the development and implementation of initial and advanced training curricula for field based representativesSupport the local training content approvalprocess in accordance with company policyEnsure appropriate tracking and documentation of learning in accordance with company policy and local regulationCo-ordinate training delivery with external partners as neededEnsure ongoing analysis of field training needs based on current and future requirements of the business and changing internal/external environmentContract with the HR L&D Department to align Field Force traininginitiatives with HR strategy and objectivesRequirement:BA/BS degree requiredMinimum of four years of sales experience with a strong sales and behavioral performance history. Oncology experience would be a plus.Product and disease state knowledge, and marketplace knowledgeDemonstrated ability to work effectively with complex matrix teams (Medical. Legal, Marketing, Sales.
