We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior UX Designer to join our dynamic team. As a Senior UX Designer, you will play a pivotal role in crafting intuitive and engaging experiences for our products. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand user needs, define interaction models, and create wireframes and prototypes. Responsibilities - Lead the end-to-end design process, from conceptualization to implementation, ensuring consistency and quality across all touchpoints.
- Conduct user research and analysis to gain insights into user behavior, needs, and pain points.
- Develop user personas, user journeys, and scenarios to inform design decisions.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate the intended user experience.
- Collaborate with product owners, engineers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into user-centered design solutions.
- Iterate on designs based on feedback, user testing, and data analysis to continuously improve the user experience.
- Champion best practices in UX design and advocate for the importance of user-centric design within the organization.
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to the growth of the design team.
Requirements - 5-10 years of experience in UX/UI design, with a proven track record of delivering successful design solutions for digital products.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
- Strong understanding of UX principles, methodologies, and processes.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and rationale.
- Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and data analysis.
- A portfolio showcasing relevant design projects and demonstrating your process and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in agile development environments is a plus.
- Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in UX design.
