OVERVIEWThe Social Media Specialist will report to the Community Sourcing Senior Director and is primarily responsible for DataForce by TransPerfect B2C interaction through BtoC Social Media accounts to build brand awareness, engagement campaigns, paid advertisement and continuous support of the sourcing efforts.
DESCRIPTIONDevelop, execute, and optimize cutting-edge digital campaignsCreate, manage and oversee social media contentMeasure the success of every social media campaignModerate user-generated content in line with the moderation policyStay up-to-date with the latest social media and digital advertising best practices and technologiesCollaborate and work in conjunction with and cross-functional team members to produce top performing social media communicationsCommunicate with influencers via social media to create a strong networkWork cross-departmentally to align campaign strategies and goals across the organizationProvide ongoing actionable insights into campaign performance to relevant stakeholdersBuild out media buys for various ad platforms and oversee the day-to-day execution of paid mediaMonitor online feedback and build social listening internal processConduct in-depth keyword and website research, ad grouping and audience targetingREQUIRED SKILLSExcellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, TikTok and other social media platforms and their best practicesExperience with doing audience researchGood understanding of social media KPIsCritical thinker and problem-solving skillsTeam playerGreat interpersonal and communication skillsREQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS2-3 years minimum of experience as a Social Media Manager / Social Media Specialist / Paid Media Specialist or similar roles.About UsTransPerfect is the world's largest provider of language services and technology solutions for global business.
