If you want to know more about us go to GMV websiteWHAT CHALLENGE WILL YOU BE TAKING ON?You will lead a part of the development of the Galileo projectand beinvolved in all phases of software development life cycle, including effortestimation, the gathering of business requirements, the design, development,reviewing, building, testing, and deployment of software changes.In our team you will:Develop APIs, workflows and libraries that handle our core functionalityMakecode quality decisions, and ship solutions to provide value to our businessCollaborate withproduct managers, designers, our business, and other engineers to defineproduct vision and objectivesWorkas part of a team to hit delivery milestones and navigate blocker issuesApplyagile methodologies in a sprint-based development teamEngagewith support teams to troubleshoot and solve production issue faced by usersAnalyze new tools andtechnologies from the Java community to proof of concept and come up withrecommendations to integrate into our platformWHAT DO WE NEED IN OUR TEAM?We are looking for experts inComputer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Electrical Engineering or related disciplinewith backgroundand interest in softwaredevelopment, designing and writingREST APIs, excellentobject oriented or functional analysis and design skills, strongknowledge of data structures, algorithms, and designing for performance.We will also value previous experience, and knowledge inbuildingscalable and distributed micro-services, workingwith an event-based architecture e.G. Kafka, experience withdatabases e.G.
