RequirementsDemonstrated back-end skills, (multithreading, OOP, etc.) and/or strong front-end skills in a production environmentExperience with best software development practicesGood understanding of web based applications (HTTP protocol, Web Servers, Caching, etc.)Good testing practices (unit, component and E2E testing)Understanding of the data modellingAgile mindset and approach to development and cross-functional team collaborationExperience using continuous integrations toolsPositive, growth mindset and creativity while problem solvingCollaborative, team player attitude and good communication skills in EnglishCuriosity to learn new languages/frameworksThe team here enjoy intellectual challenges, they follow high engineering standards and make sound judgements on how to tackle problems using a LEAN approach.
