You've got Experience in the hospitality, restaurant and catering industry, or with the corresponding equipment/products in the HoReCa sectorStrong communication skills and the ability to present yourself in a friendly and professional manner over the phone.Ideally experience in sales or customer service in a telephone-based role.You are a team player and enjoy contributing your ideas to optimize customer service continuously.Affinity for the gastronomy industry and an interest in technical solutions are advantageous.Native-level proficiency in Spanish and good English / Portuguese or any other European language advantageous.
