As a supply chain analyst you will coordinate logistical operations in support of a thriving e-commerce business. The ideal candidate in this role is comfortable in an "all-hands-on" environment, loves solving problems and is able to thrive in a fast-paced and execution focused environment.THE JOURNEY Improve Glovo´s logistic processes and generate related manuals. Improve exceptional customer service processes (including taking orders, troubleshooting logistic problems, and resolving customer concern)Continuous process improvement mindset: identify gaps in current processes and procedures, proactively identify operational problems, suggest solutions, and independently resolve issues.Develop end to end analysis to identify opportunities to increase operational excellence.Work closely with internal stakeholders and track daily KPIs to achieve operational objectives.Define Service Level Agreements with logistic warehouses and parcel companies (third parties)Support the Procurement team in tenders to keep optimizing costs and service. Support systems integration processesCreation of dashboards & reports. WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE 4-6 years of experience at a supply chain / operations role (order fulfillment, ecommerce, warehouse, logistic)Experience working with warehouses and parcel logistic providersProblem-solving skills: no problem is too small or too bigHigh communication skills with the ability to work with and through global, cross-functional teams including internal customer and service providersOperations mindset: you are always looking to optimize and implement new processesProfessional EnglishPower BI & SQL (not mandatory)Proficiency in Google SheetsOdoo knowledge (not mandatory) Even if it seems you don't meet our musts don't let it stop you, we are all about finding the best talent out there!
