.Odoo is seeking to significantly expand its vibrant and innovative Channels sales teams. Apply to work within an organization that values independence, flexibility, and personal growth.This dynamic Channels Sales role will allow you to become a business management expert across countless industries. Channel Account Managers manage Odoo's diverse partnership network. Our partners add Odoo's products and services to their existing business model, creating new verticals and revenue opportunities for their company. You will work closely with partners to pursue leads, close deals, and evaluate project requirements for feasibility. You'll learn different management practices throughout a variety of industries and how Odoo's diverse apps (there are over 50!) can be used to alleviate company needs.We expect the candidate to be proactive and have a "get it done" spirit.RESPONSIBILITIES:Train partners on effective methods for selling and implementing Odoo softwareRetain sophisticated partners while coaching inexperienced partners into streamlined sales machinesCollaborate with partners to establish a tailored implementation package for end customers and negotiate the software requirementsCreate and implement cross-functional processes for partners and customers to increase their operational efficiencyMUST HAVE:Bachelor's Degree or higherPassion for software products1-2 years experience in salesAble to work in a rapidly evolving fieldExcellent communication skillsPerfect Spanish and intermediate level of englishNICE TO HAVE:Experience with ERPExperience in a SaaS companyAvailable immediatelyWhat we offer?Starting salary $18,000 MXNWorking hours Monday to Friday 09:00 - 18:00.Hybrid work after training program (3 Office days & 2 Home Office days)Health insurance, dental health careLife insuranceSaving fundExtra month's pay at Christmas (30 day Year-end bonus)Vacation days from the start - 15 days 1st year, 20 days 2nd year, 22 days 3rd year and 25 days from 4th year.10 Holidays per year (besides personal vacations)Unlimited sick-daysExtended maternity/paternity leaveContinuous trainingPaid sport activitiesSponsored eventsFree exclusive gymGame RoomChef-prepared lunches - snacks, fruit, and coffee/drinks on tap!Exchange ProgramAll laws and regulations by lawTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $18,000.00 - $22,000
