We seek to extensively engage with clinical communities to communicate product improvements and prioritise environmental, social, and governance considerations across the business and workforce.Pharmanovia's therapeutic areas include Cardiovascular, Oncology, Endocrinology and Neurology.The role:Management of customer orders and related enquiries.Leading and managing the S&OP planning for the assigned portfolio markets.Weekly and Monthly Stock Reconciliation.Performing regular stock reconciliations to ensure accuracy between physical inventory and system records.Days Inventory Outstanding (DIO).Monitoring and analysing the DIO metric to assess inventory turnover efficiency.Identify opportunities to reduce DIO by implementing strategies such as demand forecasting, safety stock optimization and efficient order management.Managing the process of inventory returns from customer or distribution channels.Evaluate returned inventory.Monitoring stock and inventory levels of key customers and consignment Distributors.Providing early warning of impending stock out situations and report significant issues to management team.Supporting warehousing and distribution teams by producing a variety of daily / weekly / monthly reports & tools/dashboards.Troubleshooting all issues within the supply chain process relevant to bridging stock.Reporting support and inventory & buying support analysis as required and draw insights from data in order to make recommendations to the business.Identifying improvement areas before building business cases and engaging with relevant stakeholders to obtain their engagement and buy-in to develop a new tool and/or propose a plan of action which will contribute towards our innovation, performance or trust priorities.Abou you:Strong educational background, ideally a degree in a relevant subject.Experience gained working within Supply Chain (preferred Pharma industry)S&OP, Demand Planning, Demand Forecasting experience. Excellent Computing skills: Microsoft Excel and Power point at high standard. Proven experience in inventory management, preferably within a global or multi-site environmental. Knowledge of inventory valuation methods, inventory methods, inventory control principles, and best practice. Familiar with inventory control systems and proficiency in using inventory management software. Enthusiastic and highly motivated with sound people and organisational skills. Self-starter and able to work on own initiative as well as able to work as part of a team in a commercial driven, result orientated environment.
