Revolutionize the understanding of the brain through new personalized neuromodulation therapies, anywhere and at any time.Position SummaryReporting to the Production & Supply Chain Director, the Senior Buyer / Comparas will oversee and manage the company's supply chain and logistics strategy and operations to maximize process efficiency and productivity. The role requires the candidate to work closely with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products while maintaining quality and compliance standards. This individual will be responsible for sourcing materials, managing supplier relationships, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and providing support to senior management.What will you doDevelop new and existing relationships with suppliers and vendors: Active research for new alternative suppliers (raw material suppliers as well as contract manufacturers for processes or products), considering quality and price criteria.Create and negotiate supply contracts to ensure the supply of raw materials and services at competitive and stable prices.Measure supplier performance and define strategies to ensure best in class quality, cost and on-time delivery, leverage economies of scale, etc. Ensure supplier compliance with GMP and regulatory requirements.Responsible for coordinating the implementation of changes including documentation management for new materials, changes of existing products/components or supplier requested changes.Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, RA/QA, Operations, Product, and Customer Support teams.Manage inventory: responsible for managing inventory level to ensure that the company always has the right stock to meet forecasts without overstocking.Identify bottlenecks and roadblocks and implement solutions in a timely manner.Work cross-functionally to select the best vendors and distributors.Communicate to supervisor and other leaders strategies and constraints within the area of responsibility.Maintain data integrity within ERP including proper order management, MOQ ´s, Lead-Times, pricing, etc.What do you needMust- haveUniversity degree in a relevant engineering field (i.E., Electronic/Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, etc.)1-3 years of experience in procurement in a supply chain department.Experience finding and developing new suppliers worldwide (including China)
