The Planning Hub is dedicated to Luxury and Consumer Beauty products, overseeing all elements of the E2E supply cycle.Our office is currently in the Granollers Factory (soon to be relocating to Barcelona) - a flagship production site in the global supply network of COTY.RESPONSIBILITIESThis position supports the Global Supply Chain Planning Team with an opportunity to collaborate and grow alongside supply chain professionals, directly contribute to business results, and lead process improvements.We are a fast-paced multi-functional and multi-cultural planning team.We execute with excellence the daily operations in these departments :Material planning (raw material and packaging) : delivering service and inventory for a portfolio of global and local suppliers.Material Supply Management : developing relationships and leading agility projects with vendors.Production planning : in charge of delivering service and inventory for a selection of manufacturing lines, as well as capacity levelling.Sub-contractor planning : in charge of delivering service and inventory for products outsourced to external manufacturers.Distribution planning : in charge of risk management (risk of products being out of stock); point of contact for the markets; responsible for delivering the right product quantity at the right time to the right place.Category Supply Planning : in charge of big data analysis that supports decision-making; leading key processes to drive and maintain a healthy level of Inventory.In each department, we have roles dedicated to new product launches and transformations.YOUR MAIN FOCUSAs a Senior Planner You Will :Have a unique opportunity to own and lead Supply Chain processes on a global levelGenerate and analyze supply chain data to drive business decisionsIdentify and lead improvements in complex processes and operationsContribute to various projects dedicated to products, portfolio, or sourcing changesAct as a role model to the rest of the team, build capabilities in others, and coach themThis is an opportunity to develop your career within the supply chain end-to-end and work within a truly multifunctional team on challenging projects and daily operations.YOU ARE A COTY FITYou like continuous challenges, big data analysis, team effort, and leading improvements.
