As an Account Manager in our team, you will:Manage partner forecasting/partners performance by tracking toolsBe responsible for partner pipeline management, detecting new opportunities, and driving successful and profitable closure of deal rateResponsible for a portfolio of partners and understand their market and competitionCommunicate events, webinars and webcast information and ease registrationOrchestrate different available internal resources to support partner (for example, pre-sales, marketing, specialists etcWork closely with telemarketing, end user sales teams and other key resources providing salescoverage to country to maximize revenue and customer/partner satisfactionMonitor execution of partner marketing plan, investment and co-marketing activities review and proposal, monitor ROIHunt & Recruit new partners when relevant to BU requirementsMay attend country partner events for meeting key partners.RequirementsAre native or proficient in required language with advanced EnglishHave a a Solid Sales Background and previous experience in Sales B2BHave strong communication skillsAre achievement and goal oriented, motivated and self-starter2-3+ years B2B sales experience; Minimum 1 year IT industry experience; Minimum 1 year sales account management or customer management experience; Experience in working in Channel environment, knowledge of partners and distributors (a plus)BenefitsFull-time contract, 39 hours/week: Monday to Friday 09:00-18:00Friends hunting (referral) bonusGreat office location in MalagaFull paid training about the company and the project you will be working onCareer development program and specialized coursesOpportunities for a career abroad through the International Mobility Program#J-18808-Ljbffr
