We are looking for enthusiastic, social candidates who are willing to support customers with their questions. You will be doing this work from home. Not only will you be working with an amazing team you will also be at home, travelling to Sweden sometimes and learning their history, trying the cuisine, or even making some tourism! With our Swedish gaming license, we can guarantee good quality and good treatment to all our customers. We are not a large and impersonal call centre, but work in an office environment with close colleagues and are a very flat organization. We are now expanding and are looking for new employees to join our team of inside salespeople who work remotely / from home. Thus, we are mainly looking for people who thrive on being self-driven and like to work from home. The sales are aimed at consumers and take place over the phone. We do not work with cold sales, but all customers have expressed an interest in our product or are former members. What we are looking for is a freelancer candidate with edge, passion, and real interest to pursue a career in sales or customer service, working from home! Daily work: Dealing with Telephone Sales for the Swedish market. Answering customer's requests by email, phone, and chat Identify general opportunities in an account to help seize sales opportunities and drive conversations with clients; Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed. Requirements Fluent in Swedish (C2) with English (B2 - C1 level) Fully remote, only if you are based in Europe. Freelancer position Experience in a client telephone sales role is a strong advantage Confident, but personable telephone manner Dynamic, confident, and self-motivated.
