As part of the EMEA team at Crown you will report to the Vice-President for Human Resources EMEA.Your missions in CrownAll duties for the Regional HR Manager are underpinned by our Swiss Principal policies and guidelines (Crown's EMEA HQ is in Zug, Switzerland and we follow the Swiss principal company model).You will provide leadership to ensure that these standards are met while providing practical support and guidance to plant Human Resources Managers, Plant Managers, and the Regional Manufacturing Director.Your aim will be to enable these stakeholders to implement HR policies and programmes for the region whilst complying with legal requirements, corporate directives,and pay and labour agreements.You will have a strong input in Human Resources budgets resulting in the efficient, cost-effective operation of the business and continuous development of all employees
