You will be responsible for proactively and creatively attracting talent across the organization in alignment with PTC's goals.You will be working in full cycle recruitment, always hiring for tomorrow and being proactive about the needs of the business. Need to have shared vision and strong understanding of the hiring needs, team dynamics, and leadership styles.Your TeamYou will part of the Talent Acquisition team which is responsible for hiring across the EMEA, with a strong focus on Germany and the German markets.TA is an energetic and motivated team that directly impacts the growth and success of our organization. The key areas of focus include crafting & implementing attraction strategies, building relationships with business leaders, providing guidance to leadership regarding recruiting best practices and actively driving process improvement across the recruiting process.Your Day to DayDevelop sourcing strategies through detailed market research and data mining, using resources such as LinkedIn or other job boardsExecute marketing and branding talent acquisition strategiesConduct initial outreach to and screening of prospective internal and external candidates and serve as the direct point of contact for the prospective candidateCoordinate the talent acquisition process for assigned talent pipeline and evaluate candidatesUnderstands recruiting processes, guidelines, compliance, and regulationsBuild partnerships with the Business to identify important talent needs and develop creative strategies to attract and assess talentMaintain recruiting reports and dashboards to track and communicate metrics to the businessIncrease brand awareness by building and maintaining relationships with external organizations and social media platformsSkills RequiredStrong background of 3 to 5 years in Talent Acquisition handling full cycle recruitmentFluency in German and English ismandatoryExperience implementing talent acquisition programs/processes including candidate screening, assessment and selection in a fast-paced, high volume and matrixed environmentAbility to work as an individual contributor as well as lead projects and provide resolutions to a diverse range of complex problems and assist junior team membersSkilled at stakeholder managementExtensive experience in building sourcing strategies including direct sourcing, referrals, social networking, agencies, campus hiring etc.Experience managing candidate life cycle through an applicant tracking systemEnsure accurate records and reporting concerning all phases of the recruitment processExcellent communication, presentation, and coordination skills#LI-DNILife at PTC is about more than working with today's most cutting-edge technologies to transform the physical world.
