Talent Acquisition Consultant / Recruiter with German
Temporary contract (minimum of 15 months, extension possible)

We will count on you to : Be an expert and partner with a range of great people across multiple businesses to understand their needs
Be curious to learn our business and understand their needs to scout the best talent
Effectively manage the end-to-end process of 15-25 requisitions (alongside our Recruitment Coordinators who cover all administrative work)
Use your direct sourcing techniques to present a diverse candidate slate to hiring managers
Be meticulous about moving candidates through the recruitment process
Keep up to date with local market trends and analysis
What you need to have :
2+ years of end to end recruiting experience
Fluent German and English
Strong knowledge of social media, search / innovative sourcing techniques
A true passion for Talent Acquisition, attraction and experience
