Role | Reporting into our CFO, you will play a crucial role coordinating the tax efforts of the whole group of companies. That means coordinating the external advisors, implementing internal changes regarding taxes, and making sure all tax forms and liquidations are presented in absolute compliance.
The ultimate tax objective of the company is taking all necessary measures to prevent any tax incidences in any of the jurisdiccions.
Responsabilities | Manage the tax calculation process of the different Ukio companies, including CIT, VAT, NRIT, WHT or local taxes among others. Manage communication with local tax authorities. Coordinate the tax initiatives for the company. Be up to date to any tax regulations that affect the company's activity. Coordinate with the tax advisors for each location. Support the Finance team with month end closing and tax settelments. Support across departments with any tax related query. Requirements | You have at least +5 years of experience in tax related role. +5 years of relevant experience working at a tax law firm or in-house within the finance department of a company. Experience in having processed taxes, ideally in multiple countries. Experience coordinating different tax firms and reviewing their work. Extremely analytical mindset, very data driven in decision making. Strong communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders. You can understand the drivers of the business and identify improvement points.
