You will learn new processes, develop your language and communication skills, as well as work in a digital environment, with some of the most innovative technologies on the market.What you will learn with us will make you a valuable member of our team or any other team.What you'll experience with usAs a Team Manager in our team, you will:- Daily follow up on statistics with the employee and provide feedback on focus areas- Actively gathering feedback from employees and being responsive to what agents and customers are saying about the market both our own and the client's- Carrying out and giving feedback on the monitoring (feedback in time to the mediation) and take correct actions on the basis of the deficiency identified in the interception- Analyse the team's performance and take appropriate actions to optimise results- Average action time (AHT) for the team- Customer satisfaction index (NPS/CSAT) for the team and at individual level(s)- Co-monitoring results for the team and at individual level.- The assignment will establish and develop a relationship with the client that allows for constructive and creative forums that lead to continuous improvement.Concentrix is a great match if you:- Are bilingual or proficient in Swedishplus advanced level of English- Have team leadership and coaching skills- Have great oral communication- Are responsive and flexibileIf you feel you don't check every box, we encourage you to apply anyway.
