We are looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager to join our team and work on designing, driving, quality features through our CRM and AWS for our sales channels.
The ideal candidate will be an exceptionally strong communicator, both written and verbally, and possess 5-7+ years of experience in tactical project management of highly technical initiatives, as well as strategic program management. Experience in managing AWS/CRM initiatives is a plus. A Bachelor's Degree or additional technical experience is required. Candidates possessing a background in architecture/design, software engineering, who have transitioned to a program management discipline will have a distinct advantage.
Key job responsibilities
The TPM will be fully competent in a variety of project management tools, methodologies and techniques for all phases of the project lifecycle and exhibit demonstrated proficiency in core project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, resources, quality and risk management, reporting and metric development/tracking. Other requirements include proficiency with MS Office, MS Project and MS SharePoint. Experience with Tableau, SQL and systems integration a plus.
You should have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, an understanding of modern Internet threats, the ability to influence people from customers to managers by creating a win-win solutions, and the desire to be an individual contributor to securing Amazon's next generation technology.Keep the scope of engineering efforts under control and accelerate progress, or operational efficiencies by driving crisp and timely decisions, identifying and clearing blockers, and escalating appropriately. You understand the architecture of the systems you work with (e.g., workflows, APIs, runtime characteristics, design limitations, and maintenance requirements). You influence team technical priorities and business strategy through data-driven contributions. You are able to make a case for project priorities, resource allocation to achieve a desired business outcome, resolve an architecture deficiency, or unblock delivery.
A day in the life
Collaborate with engineering teams to drive the roadmaps, by providing design that help to map requirement to product features.Partner with multiple teams across multiple locations with varying sets of priorities to ensure a timely delivery of the secure solution.Clarify and drive project commitments as well as establish and maintain clear chains of accountability. Lead internal process improvement projects, including the development and implementation of internal tools.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
- 5+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
- 3+ years of software development experience
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience- Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules- Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership
- Experience with AWS, Salesforce CRM knowledge preferred
- Technical Program Manager should also demonstrate working knowledge any one of AWS Configurations, Visual Studio Code and GitHub
