From content strategy, monetization, gifting, LIVE features, data analysis, creating campaigns and ensuring a fun and safe space for all of our LIVE users.The LIVE Operations team is looking for an an enthusiastic LIVE Agency Operations Manager to build strategic, successful, long-term relationships with agencies.What you will be doing:- Identify and establish potential cooperation with agencies, MCNs and organisations who focus on live-streaming- Manage internal and cross-functional projects across the live-streaming agency ecosystem- Support the creation of LIVE operations policies, contracts, education tools and terms for agencies while working with cross-functional teams globally- Guide the existing agency portfolio across operational topics such as education, training and shared operational services- Provide strategic guidance to agencies with regards to variety and quality of content verticalsQualificationsQualifications:- 4 - 5 years experience related to, comparable to or relevant to the live-streaming or entertainment industry- Bachelor's degree or above- Existing network with influencers, celebrities or live-streaming platforms or an affinity for it- Passion for the creator economy and its enormous potentialTikTok is committed to creating an inclusive space where employees are valued for their skills, experiences, and unique perspectives.
