#GrowWhatMatters You Will Be Part of Growing Team Treasury Specialist for Bank Documentation unit is responsible forall documentation requests received from either internal Corteva users or external banking partners in relation with bank accounts opening and maintenance. This includes banking authority management according to Corteva internal controls and policies.
Key responsibilities: Participate in Global Treasury Integration / Centering Projects: Biologicals (new Symborg/Stoller entities) Responsible for maintenance of Bank documentation company documents for : Biologicals (new Symborg/Stoller entities) Support opening/closing/novating bank accounts globally, ensuring appropriate set up is being performed in the systems for Biologicals (new Symborg/Stoller entities) Process due diligence and KYC requests from banks. Work proactively with banks and other functions to monitor bank accounts needs. Assist/lead tasks related to legal entities bank accounts simplification and globalization. Assist/lead tasks related to OBS access of new bank accounts for Biologicals (new Symborg/Stoller entities) Promote adherence to internal control standards and promote security awareness to ensure system security. Execution of Annual signatories review in accordance to internal controls and company policy. Perform application configuration changes and enhancements in liaison with the functional teams and software vendors, automation tools. Provide on-going consultancy and advice to the user community. Collaborate with Legal department for adherence to corporate structure and authority for Biologicals (new Symborg/Stoller entities) #LI-AF1 #LI-Hybrid
Qualifications Preferred Qualifications: Degree in Business Finance, Law or related fields Experience in SAP TMS modules, SAP S/4 Hana and SAP ECC 6.0 and Quantum. Fluent in English Microsoft Office knowledge: Excel, Power Point, etc. Preferred Skills & attributes: Strong written and verbal communication skills Problem solver - organized, responsive, Flexibility to adapt to a constantly changing. Ability to work under pressure. Fast learner. Proactive and self-motivated attitude.
