The Situation Gray Matter is initiating a 5-day product development sprint focused on crafting a Simple, Lovable, and Complete (SLC) GenAI SaaS product. This intense session is designed for creative minds who excel in fast-paced environments, enjoy collaborative innovation, and have a passion for transforming user insights into impactful designs. We're inviting skilled UI/UX designers who are keen on applying their expertise to develop a meaningful and user-centered product in collaboration with a team of experienced professionals.
The Role Join our intensive 5-day sprint where you will:
Launch Phase (First 3 Months) Showcase your prowess by developing a Simple, Lovable, and Complete (SLC) product that sets the standard for innovation and usability.Growth Phase (Next 3 Months) Leverage your initial success to spearhead the expansion of our product suite, each embodying our ethos of simplicity, effectiveness, and AI enhancement.Innovation Phase (By the 12th Month) Become the architect of continuous improvement, weaving advanced AI and GenAI capabilities into our products to redefine industry standards.
Qualifications We're looking for individuals with:
+5 Years of Experience: Demonstrable experience in UI/UX design, showcasing a strong portfolio of user-centered design projects.
Proficiency in Design Tools: Solid skills in design software (e.g., Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD) and an understanding of how to integrate designs with development frameworks.
Passion for User Experience: A strong interest and passion for creating intuitive, engaging user experiences and a knack for visualizing complex data or functionalities in simple, user-friendly ways.
Experience in Product Design: Experience in transforming user needs and business goals into innovative product designs that resonate from concept to customer.
Curiosity and Growth Mindset: An insatiable curiosity and a relentless pursuit of personal and professional growth, driving you to constantly seek out new design trends, technologies, and methodologies.
Team Collaboration Skills: The ability to work effectively in a team setting, adapt quickly to feedback, and deliver high-quality design work within tight deadlines.
