.Job Description:A VIE mission for Customer Services Departments Support has arisen within Airbus Commercial in Getafe (Madrid), Spain. You will join the Customer Care Center Antenna in Spain supporting on time and efficiently different teams (Spares Engineering, Technical Data, Service Bulletin,...) in operational, planning or organizational tasks.The Volunteer for International Experience (VIE) is a unique international program sponsored by the French Ministry of Economy, Finance and Employment, open to Airbus to offer young professionals the opportunity to have valuable paid work experience abroad in a technical or business function.Main tasks:RESPONSIBILITIESIdentification and implementation of technical and engineering synergies within the different departments for Customer Support.Business Development activities: project management of R&T, Digital transformation and Innovation initiatives.Management of stakeholders in a Cross-Divisional Digital Services team: Implementation of Artificial Intelligence applications, blockchain projects, preventive maintenance projects, standardization of digital architecture.Boost digitatlization and optimization of processes in Quality and Finance.Continuous Improvement activities according to Airbus Operation System: Lean culture.Contribution to deliveries of technical solutions on time, cost and quality taking into account relevant technology aspects and secure cost adherence in different departments of Customer Services.Data analytics projects (research of opportunities to add value through the use of Skywise or other sources of information).SKILLSEducation: Aeronautical or Industrial Engineering degree or a related discipline.Experience: 1-3 years in any industry.Soft skills: Stakeholder Management, Strong interpersonal and communication skills, High adaptability to work on new topics, new business.Languages: Advanced level in English.Technical knowledge: Google Apps, Project Management.Valuable / Nice to have: digital solutions knowledge, innovation, Customer Services experience or knowledge.REQUIREMENTSThe VIE is a specific contract, under Business France's eligibility criteria.VIE Main Requirements:European Union citizens (plus Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, and Monaco), graduates up to and including 28 years old.
