The function is located at the heart of Industrial Merchant (IM) World Business Line (WBL) within the Packaged Gases Operations Direction in Spain supporting Villaverde filling plant transformation in the frame of the European Specialty Gases Project (SGE).
Packaged Gases Operations is a lean, multicultural & delocalized team focusing on strategy topics (business, energy, industrial, regulatory).How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW? The Villaverde Plant team is composed of the following departments:
Industrial Filling
SG Filling
Primary, Secondary and Importation logistic
Maintenance
Laboratory and Quality
Everybody is based in the same location. The candidate will be able to practice Gemba walk and see in the field every activity fostering their training and comprehension.
You will report to the Villaverde Filling Plant Manager. The main objective is to ensure the implementation of new projects and priorities of SGE and follow-up of KPI and quality topics.
The overall shall be supported by Villaverde team and working closely with PG Operations central team.
Objectives expected: SGE projects: to ensure the global achievements of projects, to monitor & steer incoming prospects/projects and to encourage the contribution of Villaverde and SGE team.
Continuous improvement projects: analysis of the performance of the Villaverde activity and define and steer new projects to improve processes.
Quality & Audits: to assist through tools and repositories to the definition of the necessary data & KPIs for the follow-up of the activity. Furthermore, collaborate with the quality department in the actions plan regarding quality audits .
Technical designer: to ensure approval of new mixtures to be filled and define the characteristics of them. Coordination with the Expertise Center regarding this matter ensures proper coordination to set an efficient flow.

Eventually, punctual travels across Europe may be expected. Positions open only for candidates eligible to the VIE program.
