The mission of the Field Services Virtual Service Sales Representative is to generate new business through targeted outbound campaigns utilizing the install base and/or maximize services revenue by establishing, building and nurturing relationships with an assigned portfolio of Proximity Accounts. In addition to these activities, you may be responsible for managing some tasks related to Strategic and Targeted Accounts. You will deploy sales activities remotely (e.g. phone, Internet, e-mail systems and social media etc.) to develop and grow the Services new business revenue from the Installed Base Essential Responsibilities: Build and manage Field Services opportunity pipeline Take inbound calls and e-mails to support existing customer base Meet daily goals for outbound sales calls to support the existing customer base Identify and pursue new opportunities with existing customers Develop new points of contact and potential accounts identified from marketing & sales campaigns, FSR leads and CCC/other sales leads Develop cross-selling and upselling opportunities React quickly to on-demand requests from customers Analyze, qualify and proactively progress opportunities in BFO Quote and close deals for standard Services offers Coordinate with the wider Services Teams, as required, to satisfy Service opportunities Maintain the Install Base data for customers Document all records of customer interaction and activity in BFO Manage assigned accounts Complete customer platforming and coverage to identify assigned accounts Develop customer account plans to maximize business growth through assigned accounts Be the single point of contact for assigned accounts Develop, maintain and expand relationships with customers Respond quickly to customer requests and educate them on the complete Service offers Report on order intake and margin of assigned accounts Key Success Factors Acting Like an Owner of their own business area with strong customer focus Close collaboration with the Services community to ensure customer opportunities are maximized and delivered upon High level of standard offer knowledge with demonstrated cross sell, upsell and new business generation performance Who are you? Education Bachelor /associate degree in Electrical Engineering/Business management school Experience Previous Sales or Customer Service experience Soft skills Strongly customer-oriented Sales and results driven Passionate, engaging and enthusiastic team player Basic to intermediate skill in MS Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Familiarity with phone, Internet, e-mail systems and social media Strong verbal and written communication skills Able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks Preferable - familiarity with Schneider Electric products and services Language skills: Fluent in local language in this case Portuguese, good English level for communication (listening, speaking, reading and writing) What do we offer?
