In addition to these activities, you may be responsible for managing some tasks related to Strategic and Targeted Accounts.Deploy sales activities remotely (e.g. phone, Internet, e-mail systems and social media etc.) to develop and grow the Services new business revenue from the Installed BaseEssential Responsibilities:Build and manage Field Services opportunity pipelineo Take inbound calls and e-mails to support existing customer baseo Meet daily goals for outbound sales calls to support the existing customer baseo Identify and pursue new opportunities with existing customerso Develop new points of contact and potential accounts identified from marketing & sales campaigns, FSR leads and CCC/other sales leadso Develop cross-selling and upselling opportunitieso React quickly to on-demand requests from customerso Analyze, qualify and proactively progress opportunities in BFOo Quote and close deals for standard Services offerso Coordinate with the wider Services Teams, as required, to satisfy Service opportunitieso Maintain the Install Base data for customerso Document all records of customer interaction and activity in BFOManage assigned accountso Complete customer platforming and coverage to identify assigned accountso Develop customer account plans to maximize business growth through assigned accountso Be the single point of contact for assigned accountso Develop, maintain and expand relationships with customerso Respond quickly to customer requests and educate them on the complete Service offerso Report on order intake and margin of assigned accountsKey Success Factors- VSSR Acts Like an Owner of their own business area with strong customer focus- Close collaboration with the Services community to ensure customer opportunities are maximized and delivered upon- High level of standard offer knowledge with demonstrated cross sell, upsell and new business generation performanceQualifications:Preferred education and experience:EducationBachelor /associate degree in Electrical Engineering/Business management schoolExperiencePrevious Sales or Customer Service experienceSoft skillsStrongly customer-orientedSales and results drivenPassionate, engaging and enthusiastic team playerBasic to intermediate skill in MS Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Familiarity with phone, Internet, e-mail systems and social mediaStrong verbal and written communication skillsAble to prioritize and manage multiple tasksPreferable - familiarity with Schneider Electric products and servicesLanguage skills:Fluent in local language in this case Spanish, good English level for communication (listening, speaking, reading and writing)Let us learn about you!
