Ability to work quickly and efficiently while displaying a high attention to detail. Good computer skills with the ability to navigate mobile devices and the Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to multitask effectively. Proficiency in English. Preferred qualifications (but not required) include: Basic knowledge of auto parts. Bilingual proficiency in Spanish. Answer phone calls from customers looking to sell their used vehicles throughout your scheduled shift and adhere to a tightly scripted call flow to help secure the purchase of the vehicle. Use our pricing calculator to provide customers with an accurate price quote for the purchase of their vehicle. Collect customer information and help coordinate vehicle pick-up and delivery to our store locations. Educate customers on other important information about the products and services that we provide. Meet personal and team performance goals, while participating in regular performance check-ins with your supervisor. Assist a group of VVPA agents in meeting car buy goals. Abide by all Call Center guidelines and company-wide policies. Learn new skills; assist your teammates; and complete other tasks as directed
