Warehouse Manager - Luxury Hotel New Opening - (Madrid)

WAREHOUSE MANAGER Tasks - Periodically check stock levels (drinks, food, miscellaneous) - Order and replenish goods to avoid stock shortages - Ensures supplies are available to the hotel and the various departments - Maintaining good relations with suppliers and staff - Checking deliveries of goods - Checking and entering Food and Beverage invoices - Carrying out inventories and month-end closings - Provide assistance to the various departments as required - Ensure the organisation, hygiene and safety of the commissaries by applying the rules in force - Draw up the weekly food cost. - Operational position in the field with management of one person.
