Wind Procurement & Construction Manager

TGRC has partner with a leading European IPP looking for a Wind Procurement & Construction Manager, reporting to the Head of Wind.Tasks:1. Support in procurement, i.e. to prepare of Requests for Proposals, analyse offers, suggest short list and negotiate contracts in a close cooperation with the Head of Implementation, for among others:a. Studies needed as basis for design worksb. Design worksc. Balance of plant works, roads, foundations, cabling, etc.d. Supply and installation of main equipment, wind turbine generators, power transformers, etc.e. Service contracts2. Review wind farm layouts, bill of quantities, civil and electrical design generated in the course of permitting (pre-design, buildingdesign), before tendering of works, during implementation (execution design) and the final as-built-design.3. Providing technical information and cost estimations to the Financial Department for financial simulations.4. Support of the Financial Department in technical aspects of Due Diligences conducted by third party Financial Institutions.Required skills:1. Degree / master in engineering (e.g. civil or electrical engineering)2. Minimal 5 years of experience in the wind business or related construction activities3. Knowledge of MS office, MS Project, basic CAD knowledge4. Knowledge of FIDIC contracts would be an advantage5. Languages: English fluently, additional language skills appreciated.#J-18808-Ljbffr
