Our connected technologies reshape industries, transform cities and enrich lives.At Schneider Electric, we call this Life Is On .General descriptionAs the Senior Principal - Global Network Security Architecture,you will play a pivotal role in leading the design and implementation of security solutions for our global network infrastructure.Reporting directly to the Vice President of the Global Infrastructure Security Organization, you will have the opportunity to shape the organization's security architecture strategy and lead a multicultural team of 5-6 members.Your expertise in network security, hands-on experience with cutting-edge technologies, and leadership skills will be instrumental in ensuring the security and resilience of our network infrastructure.If you're passionate about driving innovation and making a tangible impact in the cybersecurity landscape, we invite you to join us in this exciting opportunity.Responsibilities:Develop and maintain the global network security architecture strategy and roadmap.Lead the design and implementation of security solutions for SDWAN, Firewalls, IPS, integration with SIEMs, incident response, Zero Trust, SASE, VPN, DNS, network segmentation,and OT security.Provide technical leadership and expertise in cybersecurity to ensure the security of the global network infrastructure.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align security architecture with business objectives and regulatory requirements.Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the team members.Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity trends and best practices to enhance the organization's security posture.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Master's degree preferred.Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CCNP Security, CCIE Security, ISA/IEC 62443, or equivalent.10+ years of experience in network security architecture and design.Proven hands-on experience with SDWAN security, Firewalls, IPS, SIEM integration, incident response, Zero Trust, SASE, VPN, DNS, network segmentation,and OT security.Strong leadership and project management skills.In-depth understanding of cyber subjects and emerging threats.Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.Good level of English - Proficient.Desired Soft Skills:Strong leadership and mentorship abilities.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Strategic thinking and problem-solving mindset #J-18808-Ljbffr
