You will be the owner of the developments related to Power Conversion Department including Generators, Power Electronics, Embedded FW and SW Sub-modules. You will be leading leaders, individuals and chief engineers in different sub-modules.Main responsibilities include but are not limited to:- You will be responsible for the delivery of products under the scope of the department on-time, on-cost, in-scope, and on-quality.- You will be proactively working across the value chain and stakeholders of the Generator and Converter solutions to continue the technology development of the next generation of the products for SGRE turbines.- Planning and delegation- Pro-active participation in LCoE and Cost-out activities and responsible for driving Power Conversion towards Design2Cost- Close collaboration with procurement- Accountable for Power Conversion strategy and Technology Roadmaps- Work closely with project management and continuously closing the execution gap- Defining and driving harmonization initiatives across the relevant functions of SGRE BUs- People well-being, motivation, and performance.- Recruitment of the best talents globally- Reports to Head of Electricals (Dr#J-18808-Ljbffr
