.**UNIX-AIX platforms Admin Medium/Senior**We are looking for people able to operate and manage different UINX/AIX environments + virtual platforms (VMWare) including managing end to end relationship with major suppliers.We will provide end-to-end provisioning, operation and decommissioning of physical and virtual servers, server farms, virtualization hosts and clusters, under x86 & non-x86 architecture (SPARC, PowerPC...) with Operating System (AIX, Solaris, HP, etc...) along the whole server lifecycle, according to client standards and policies and by tracking all modifications in ServiceNow"Global Service ActivitiesGeneral platform management (incidents, requests, changes, problems, RCAs,) regarding OS general, networks,loadBalancers,VPNs, events, alarms, policies, patching, certificates,Support system management software, operating system TCP/IP networking software/Configuration and operating system utilities.Maintain standards for in-scope server operating system, system management software, and operating system utilities updatesManage operating system security according to mutually agreed Client/Customer specific security policies, including administer server privileged access, password expirations, anti-virus, patch deployment, security event monitoring and logging.Support the in-scope server operating system, system management software, TCP/IP networking/configuration, and operating system utilities for those that are approved.
