As the Regional HR Manager for Spain, you will be based in Agoncillo to oversee HR strategy and operations across these sites.As part of the EMEA team at Crown, you will report to the Vice-President for Human Resources EMEA.Your missions in CrownAll duties for the Regional HR Manager are underpinned by our Swiss Principal policies and guidelines (Crown's EMEA HQ is in Zug, Switzerland, and we follow the Swiss principal company model).You will provide leadership to ensure that these standards are met while providing practical support and guidance to plant Human Resources Managers, Plant Managers, and the Regional Manufacturing Director.Your aim will be to enable these stakeholders to implement HR policies and programs for the region while complying with legal requirements, corporate directives, and pay and labour agreements.You will have a strong input in Human Resources budgets resulting in the efficient, cost-effective operation of the business and continuous development of all employees.#J-18808-Ljbffr
