In this strategic position as a 360 Senior Talent Consultant, you will join HR & Advisory division.
Your mission will be to lead the HR division where you will focus on finding the best HR talent for our clients while supporting Human Resources professionals in their talent development strategies. The Leadership Development area of our Advisory services include Team and Individual Talent Assessments, Career Transition, Executive Coaching, always adapting the methodology and tools to the client situation.
Key functions:
• Use your exceptional communication and negotiation skills to support your team finding new clients and business opportunities.
• With a proactive, customer-centric mindset, develop strong relationships with them, acting as their trusted advisor.
• Successfully manage recruitment processes for our clients in diverse industries with a results-oriented approach.
• Collaborate closely with our clients to understand their needs and design customized talent development solutions that you and your team will implement.
• Utilize your experience in strategic consulting to support and improve our Advisory strategy.
To successfully fulfil the role, you will have to demonstrated extensive experience in talent development consulting, including business development strategies, combines with leadership skills, empathy, and good team-work abilities, influencing and problem-solving skills and excellent communication skills both in Spanish and English.
