We're Lear For You. Company Overview Role overview: Working as a key member of the purchasing department, as a Supply continuity Specialist, you will be responsible for improving the supply chain. Working within the E-Systems team and reporting directly to the Global Supply Continuity Manager, this position will be based in Valls, Tarragona. Main Responsibilities: Lead logistic agreements negotiations, working together with Materials & MPL to be aligned Work to improve localization with main suppliers Handle supply capacity issues at mid/long term with main suppliers. Expand the consignment implementation Meet regularly with main suppliers to understand their supply Chain future strategy and find synergies with Lear Work on logistic basics like MOQ reduction, EDI and ASN implementation to improve the day to day results Work with cross functional teams to identify additional process improvement opportunities Analyze information to identify trends & communicate potential risks and/or opportunities Key Skills: Bachelor's degree - Business Administration Degree Master's in supply chain or logistics might be a plus Fluent English skills. Good communication skills in cross functional teams Analytical and problem-solving Skills Team player Great organizational skills Previous experience in automotive industry might be a plus Computer literacy – in particular with MS Office - Excel
