Start your journey with us Were seeking an experiencedAir Content Analystto join our Revenue Management team in Barcelona Hybrid to play a pivotal role in the transformation of the company driving revenues on a daily basis If youre ready to soar were ready to take you there Why eDreams ODIGEO Join the worlds leading travel subscription platform and one of the largest ecommerce businesses in Europe 20 million customers 44 markets 5 brands 54M members in Prime 162 million bookings FY23 More than 50000 bookings per day 100 million daily user searches 1400 employees More than 50 different nationalities 99 permanent contracts 363 average age Were a leading travel tech company revolutionising the travel booking experience through our consumer insight innovative technology market leadership and Prime the worlds first travel subscription program What you will do : The Roles Key Responsibilities and Tasks As an eDOer you will have clear objectives great challenges and a clear overview of how your work contributes to the global company project and its customers As anAir Content Analystyou will be in charge of : Ensure Odigeo is offering the most competitive and comprehensive GDS inventory to its customers by identifying and implementing actions needed to solve any lack of content issues in terms of markets suppliers carriers and routes You will need to work with Data Science to define the algorithms and tools needed to permanently monitor our content Work with the different teams to monitor and optimise the booking ancillaries and postbooking functionalities tracking bookability conversion errors and overall performance of regular airlines Tracking performance of commercial agreements with different partners during the year to optimice commercial incentives Supporting negotiations with suppliers by modelling the outcomes of the different partner proposals and defining our needs and asks Analyse data to detect any change of trends in bookings errors as well as finding the root case by detecting patterns Cross collaboration with Revenue management Pricing Product Development and Competition Insights Collaboration with Data Science for the implementation of machinebased learning tools and methodologies working on continuous optimizations of the models Develop business cases for the new products and or strategies that will be implemented Engage in the improvement of KPIs Design dashboards for the Air Content team Contribution in crossdepartmental strategic initiatives Participate on Budgeting process evaluating expected revenues from airlines and different scenarios depending on air content available and business decisionsstrategies What you need to succeed : Job Requirements Bring your unique perspective speak up and offer disruptive solutions Youll have the opportunity to learn and grow while making a real impact on our team Heres what you need to succeed : Bachelors degree in a quantitative discipline Mathematics Statistics Computer Science Engineering Economics etc 1 to 3 years of experience in a role with strong analytical component Strong analytical skills fastlearner with high attention to detail and focused on results and productivity Google DataStudio knowledge or similar Advanced Office skills : Strong experience with analytical tools ideally with the Google toolset spreadsheets google docs etc A selfstarter and team player who also enjoys to have fun Can do attitude and positive mindset Business Proficiency in English Nice to have : Experience with analytical tools such as Microstrategy and SQL Whats in it for you?
