We have 19 operational bases : Nantes, Bordeaux, Toulouse, Marseille, Strasbourg, Lille, Lourdes, and Lyon in France;Venice, Verona, Palermo, Cagliari, Olbia, Florence, and Naples in Italy; Asturias and Bilbao in Spain; Athens in Greece, and Hamburg in Germany.We are hiring an Airport Development Analyst who has experience in interacting with different cultural environments and can work in a challenging high-growth atmosphere.Are you a skilled, positive, assertive,and sociable individual who enjoys working as part of a multicultural team?If your answer is yes, apply to come on board and make Volotea your next professional destination.What you will do :- Assisting in negotiation with airports, tourism boards, institutions, etc, in close collaboration with country managers.- Review, control and contracts follow up with Airports and institutions.- Control, follow-up, overview, and plan to continue improving all cost related to airports. Working closely with Strategy, Network planning, Country managers, financial, operations and procurement teams, etc.- Coordinating the contract process by partnering with line managers on the evaluation and signature of contracts; including its incentives follow up, monthly and annually.- To assists in co-marketing agreements negotiations of our network as well as help to promote it and get a better notoriety across markets.- Work in close collaboration with the legal, finance, sales, and marketing teams to ensure full alignment and consistency in the implementation of the different initiatives.- Assist to the coordination together with country managers and communications in the launch of new routes.- Prospection for new airports to find new business opportunities together with Network and Strategy team.- Support all other daily tasks when needed.What you will need :- Degree or master's in management and / or Business Development, Aeronautical engineering or law.- Experience in Business / Airline / Airport development Roles or procurement as a plus.- Experience in contracts review and legal processes will be highly valued.- Excellent English speaker.- Spanish fluency is a plus.- Advanced skills in Office package.- Very organized.- Good negotiations skills.- Excellent communications skills.- Ability to work within tight deadlines.- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.What do we offer :- Flexible vacation days.- Flexibility to work from home up to two days per week and subject to manager's approval.- Access to year-round free flights (exc. airports tax) for you, your partner, and your children, with over 100 airlines worldwide.- Gym pass discounts and more.- Continuous training to continue your development.Learn more about working at Volotea HQ.
